Résumé : 60 women seeking postabortion treatment in Bogota were interviewed in depth to determine the sociocultural, familial, and personal factors influencing their abortion decisions. Their perceptions of the female role and motherhood, attitudes toward abortion, and contraceptive practice and intentions for future use were examined.
