Abstract : Indications for legal abortion exist in every state in Mexico, yet access to these services if severely limited in some states and nonexistent in others. Abortion is permitted in every state in cases of rape, and in several states when there are sever congenital defects and when the life or health of the woman is in danger. This document describes Ipas activities to address these issues.
